1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Offercash ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using our cryptocurrency rewards platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Anti-Fraud Policy.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use our services, you must meet ALL of the following requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Legal Capacity: You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Compliance: Your use of our services does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Jurisdiction: Our services are available in your country (check for restrictions)
• Single Account: You may maintain only ONE account per person
• Verification: You can verify your identity if requested

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Use a valid email address that you control
• Create a strong, unique password
• Update your information promptly if it changes
• Not impersonate any person or entity

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not sharing your account with others

We are NOT liable for losses due to unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each user is permitted ONE account only. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Earning Cryptocurrency Rewards

4.1 How It Works

You can earn rewards by:

• Completing offers from our partner offerwalls
• Referring new users via your referral link
• Participating in promotions and campaigns

4.2 Offer Completion Rules

You MUST:

• Complete offers honestly and genuinely
• Provide accurate information to advertisers
• Complete each offer only ONCE (unless specified otherwise)
• Meet all requirements specified by the advertiser
• Use your REAL information (not fake/random data)
• Complete offers from your actual location

4.3 Reward Credits

Rewards are credited based on postback confirmations from offerwall partners. Credits typically appear within minutes but may take up to 72 hours. We do NOT control when advertisers confirm completions. Missing credits should be reported to the offerwall provider, not Offercash.

4.4 Chargebacks and Reversals

If an advertiser reverses a completion (chargeback), the credited amount will be deducted from your balance. Negative balances must be resolved before withdrawal. Excessive chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• Minimum withdrawal: $10.00 USD equivalent
• Account must be in good standing (not banned/suspended)
• Balance must be positive (no pending chargebacks)
• Valid cryptocurrency wallet address required
• Identity verification may be required for large withdrawals

6.2 Processing Time

Withdrawals are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Processing may take longer during high volume periods, weekends, or holidays. We reserve the right to delay withdrawals for security reviews.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

• Maximum 3 pending withdrawals at a time
• Daily/weekly limits may apply to new accounts
• Limits may be adjusted based on account history

6.4 Fees

Offercash does not charge withdrawal fees. However, blockchain network fees (gas fees) are the user's responsibility and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Offercash, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Offercash or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party offerwall providers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Your interactions with third-party offers are governed by their terms and privacy policies. We do not guarantee the availability or quality of third-party offers.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service "AS IS"

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2 No Guarantee of Earnings

We make NO guarantees regarding the amount of cryptocurrency you can earn. Earnings depend on offer availability, completion rates, and advertiser confirmations, which are beyond our control.

9.3 Cryptocurrency Risk

Cryptocurrency values fluctuate. We are not responsible for changes in cryptocurrency values between earning and withdrawal. You are responsible for any tax obligations related to your earnings.

9.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offercash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Our Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms or our policies
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Excessive chargebacks
• Abusive behavior
• Any reason we deem necessary to protect our platform

10.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for cause, you forfeit all pending earnings and balances. We are not obligated to provide explanations for account terminations. Termination decisions are final.

10.3 Your Right to Terminate

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. You are responsible for withdrawing your balance before account closure. Balances under the minimum withdrawal amount will be forfeited.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be notified via email. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
